Pyrolysis gasification technology:
Low-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis process is adopted to decompose the oil-containing sludge into recoverable oil, combustible gas (methane, hydrogen) and residue (used as raw material for building materials), realizing a resource utilization rate of more than 95%. It can also build an oil sludge treatment center with oilfield enterprises, adopting BOO (Build-Own-Operate) mode and charging according to the treatment volume.
Development of green hydrogen industry chain:
Building integrated bases of “photovoltaic-hydrogen-ammonia” in NEOM of Saudi Arabia and Masdar City of the United Arab Emirates to meet the demand of European energy export.
Recycling transformation of oil economies:
Plastic waste to fuel (PTF): cooperating with Saudi Arabia’s SABIC to build the first waste plastic refinery in the Middle East, with a recycling rate of over 80%. Recycled aggregates from construction waste: Promoting Dubai’s “Mandatory Reuse of Demolition Waste” regulation, with recycled building materials being used in Expo 2025 venues.
Anaerobic power generation from municipal organic waste:
Community wet garbage is mixed with sludge from sewage treatment plants for anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas (60% or more CH4); the biogas is purified and injected into natural gas pipeline network or power generation, and the residue is made into organic fertilizer. Set up household biogas micro-stations and promote household biogas digesters to replace the use of liquefied petroleum gas. PPP agreements can be signed with municipalities, with the association responsible for the operation of the power station and the government paying according to the amount of waste treated.
